We offer shipping services without:

  • Hawaii
  • Maine

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Orders are placed in the shipping queue after the final payment is received.

Deliveries are scheduled using your preferred shipping service at the time of scheduling.

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Please allow for transit time after your order has been placed.

ATVIO Windows & Doors strives to meet your needs as promptly as possible. Local deliveries typically take 1-2 days for shipping. You will receive an order tracking number when shipping is initiated. Delivery may take 5 to 10 days, depending on your location.

Custom Order Shipping

  • Custom orders may take longer than our standard shipping times.
  • An estimated delivery time will be provided when a quote is issued.

Warranty policy

Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty is effective for aluminum products manufactured by ATVIO.

  • 20-Year Limited Warranty on profiles and frames
  • 5-Year Limited Warranty on glass
  • 2-Year, One-Time Replacement on hardware

Please note that any modifications made to purchased items, such as changing the color, replacing hardware without approval from ATVIO Doors & Windows, or adding components to doors or windows without our approval, will void the warranty.

Warranty Limitations

  • This warranty extends only to the original user and is non-transferable.
  • No distributor, dealer, or representative has the authority to change or modify this warranty.
  • Installation is the sole responsibility of the distributor, user, contractor, or their representative.
  • The warranty is void if the product is manipulated or changed in any way other than as received or as stated on the invoice.

Customer Responsibilities

Reporting Defects

  • All defects must be reported within five (5) days of product delivery.
  • After the 5 days, ATVIO offers a one-time replacement of defective hardware at no cost (shipping is the customer's responsibility).

Hardware Replacement

  • Defective hardware must be returned within 14 days of receiving the replacement.
  • You may be asked to provide a payment card number when initiating a warranty-based return.
  • Failure to return the defective hardware may result in charges to your card.

Inspection Prior to Installation

  • It is your responsibility to inspect products for consistency with the order before removing or damaging existing doors.
  • If products do not meet order specifications, do not install them. Contact ATVIO Windows & Doors for correction.

Limitations and Exclusions

  • Improper Installation

Including lack of sill pan, structural issues, improper sizing of header, or movement/sagging of framing.

  • Environmental Damage

Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, corrosive fumes, natural disasters, or acts of nature.

  • Unauthorized Repairs

Attempts by persons other than authorized ATVIO representatives to repair products.

  • Normal Wear and Tear

Changes in hardware finishes, tarnishing of brass, or normal deterioration.

  • Glass and Screen Limitations

Changes in hardware finishes, tarnishing of brass, or normal deterioration.

Scratches or defects not reported at delivery.

Protective film left on glass or frame beyond two weeks.

Damage due to environmental conditions, misuse, or improper assembly.

Seacoast or Saltwater Environments

Maintenance Requirements

  • Clean all surfaces monthly with mild detergent and water.
  • Prevent sand, dirt, and debris from building up on surfaces and tracks.
  • Repair any breaches in exterior paint immediately.

Hardware Warranty in Saltwater Areas

  • Hardware and finishes are not warranted in seacoast or saltwater environments.
  • Custom color aluminum paint finishes in these environments are warranted for one year.

Claims Process in Saltwater Environments

  • Claims must be made within 30 days of the appearance of a defect.

Warranty Claims Process

  • Contact the dealer or representative from whom the product was purchased.
  • Dealers should submit claims in writing, including the ATVIO invoice number, before any repair work begins.

  • ATVIO reserves at least 30 days to inspect the product.

Custom Orders

Production and Specifications

  • Custom order doors begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications.
  • Custom orders have an estimated lead time of 12-16 weeks from the point of purchase, which may vary depending on the complexity.

Non-Cancellation Policy

Custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refundedat any time.
All custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled oncethe production process has started.
