Our products are shipped by LTL freight due to their large size and weight. Standard delivery is curbside delivery only.
Curbside delivery means the carrier will deliver the shipment to the curb, driveway, or another truck-accessible location at the delivery address. This service does not include moving the products indoors, into a garage, to the backyard, upstairs, unpacking, debris removal, or installation.
Please make sure a responsible adult is available to receive and inspect the shipment. Because windows and doors are large and heavy, customers should arrange enough people or proper equipment to move the products from the curbside to the final location.
Additional services such as liftgate service, inside delivery, appointment delivery, limited-access delivery, redelivery, or address changes may result in extra charges. Any additional carrier charges caused by missed appointments, incorrect delivery information, or special delivery requests may be the customer’s responsibility.
Before signing the delivery receipt, please inspect the packaging carefully. If there is any visible damage, take photos and note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
